Disclaimers and Sundry Other Things

First of all, let me say, that I am not Native American. I do not claim to be Native American nor do I claim to have expert knowledge of any Native American culture or traditions. This is not what this blog is about. The fact that the name I've chosen is (probably pigeon) Native American is a private matter for the moment. I won't tell you what language it is, as the people who speak it have enough crazies to deal with.

There are several things that I can promise you about this blog:

It will not sell you on anything.

It will never claim to know everything or have all the answers.

It will refrain from being judgmental as much as it is humanely possible. I am a mere human, however, and I make mistakes like everyone else. Let us just say that I will strive as much as I can not to fall into the judgment trap.

It will probably be opinionated at times. See the previous paragraph.

There may be swearing on occasion. You are fairly warned. However, I will attempt to refrain from that as well.

It will be somewhat pragmatic, cynical and even skeptical on occasion on subjects that are hardly considered pragmatic, cynical or skeptical.

What this blog is going to be about are the very bones of our Mother Earth and their metaphysical properties/possibilities . In another words, rocks. Crystals. Insights from my experience and intuitions as well as people I might invite to write from time to time. That is going to be the focus. It may stray once in a while, but never very far.

New Age? Please don't be insulting....and that's why I'm creating this blog.

It will allow comments for the moment, but that can change without notice. By the way, I won't tolerate the usual internet bullshit.
